# AwardShift > AwardShift reviews Australian hospitality payroll for employers, accountants and bookkeepers. It reports underpayments and overpayments by employee, with award clause references. The main offer is a one-off Hospitality award lookback review. Customers create an account, verify their email and set up two-factor authentication. Customers upload employee, timesheet and payslip CSV files. They see the review dates, billable employee count and exact quote before paying by card. A standard review covers 12 months ending on the latest payslip period end in the upload. It costs A$990 per employing entity, including up to 50 billable employees. Approved practice accounts pay A$690 per review. Each billable employee above 50 costs A$15. An employee counts if they have at least one payslip line in the review window. The extended lookback starts on 1 July 2023, where published rates are available. It adds A$490 for direct customers or A$340 for approved practices. Prices are in Australian dollars. Reports show underpayments and overpayments separately, with PDF and CSV downloads. Each report identifies missing data and arrangements that weren't checked. Coverage depends on the published rulebook and the uploaded data. Enterprise agreements aren't checked. Findings aren't legal advice or a compliance certificate. AwardShift doesn't change payroll records. Monthly monitoring is a separate subscription. Business costs A$3 per active employee a month, with an A$49 monthly minimum for each monitored client. Practice costs A$2 for each of the first 1,000 active employees a month across the organisation, then A$1.50 above that count. Its monthly minimum is A$29 for each monitored client. Usage is billed monthly in arrears. See the pricing page for trial conditions and billing details. Customer workspaces, uploaded payroll files and customer reports require authentication.
