An employee counts once a month per client, when you first check a pay period with their shifts.

Without timesheets, payslips count instead. Rechecking a pay period doesn't add usage.

Monthly billing starts at midnight UTC. Usage follows Stripe's billing period; the first period may be shorter.

10 active employees at one business: A$49 a month (the minimum). A practice with 3 clients of 12 active employees: A$87 a month (3 × A$29).

Billing and coverage

Monitoring is billed after each month. Partial-month minimums are prorated by UTC calendar day. Active employees count in full.

One trial per organisation. We email a projection before it ends. To avoid paid usage, cancel in billing settings before the trial ends.

Cancel in billing settings. Access continues to month end. The final invoice includes that month's usage and minimums.

Stripe handles card payments. A failed payment pauses monitoring; reports stay readable.
