Terms of service
These terms
These terms are between you, the business that subscribes, and AwardShift, which runs AwardShift. By subscribing you agree to them.
The service
AwardShift recomputes award entitlements from the timesheet and payroll files you upload and reports the differences against what was paid, with the clause behind each figure. It covers the awards and classifications listed in its rulebook, and each report says which employees it could and couldn't fully check.
Reports are findings, not legal advice and not an assurance that your pay is correct. You remain responsible for paying your employees what they are owed.
Accounts
Access is arranged by request. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at no-reply@example.com if you think someone else has used them.
Price and billing
- Business costs A$3 per active employee a month, with a A$49 monthly minimum. Practice costs A$2 for each of the first 1,000 active employees and A$1.50 above that, with a A$29 monthly minimum.
- Your first subscription starts with a 14-day trial. We take your card at checkout. Paid usage starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Usage is billed monthly in arrears. Monthly billing renews at midnight UTC on the 1st. Partial minimums use UTC calendar days; employee charges are counted in full.
- An employee counts once per Client in a billing month when a pay period is first checked. If that period has no timesheets, employees with payslips count instead. Later recomputations do not add usage.
- Plan changes apply from the next billing month. Each monitored client is billed with its own monthly minimum.
- If a payment fails, the workspace closes until the payment details are updated.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.
Cancelling
Cancel from billing settings. Access continues until the current period ends. The final invoice includes that paid period's usage and minimum. Payments already made are not returned, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires.
